Our Story
In April 2021, Leonard Kiplagat faced a life-altering diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. Navigating this uncertain path, he found solace and support from the compassionate team at Monash Hospital in Clayton.

This gave him a new perspective to his experience as a Disability Support Worker and inspired him to make a difference in the disability sector.

Alongside his partner Kimberly Wilson, they embarked on a mission to establish Koala Independent Living. A company who aims to redefine perceptions of disability and foster inclusivity and empowerment.
